Refund Policy

After initial registration, a refund request is required in writing a minimum of five days prior to the start of any class or program. You may submit a refund/transfer request form online or stop by the Community Recreation Center at 250 N 11th Street to fill one out.

Activity Refund / Cancellation Policy

A refund request must be submitted a minimum of five (5) days prior to the start of any class or program for a full refund. A $5.00 cancellation fee will be administered, unless otherwise noted. No refunds or transfers will be processed after this time. A full refund is issued if the Department of Parks, Recreation & Culture cancels a class or program.
