Summer is our busiest season, and here at the Windsor History Museum, we are lucky to have extra support from our summer interns. During the summer, interns assist with education programs, work on research and interpretation projects, learn more about the museum profession, and operate the museum during open hours. When you visit the museum this summer, keep an eye out for these friendly faces!
Meet Chloe
Chloe is a senior at Colorado State University, where she is majoring in Public History and minoring in Art History. For her career goals, Chloe is interested in working in historic preservation and in archival work. Chole’s hobbies outside of school and the museum include reading, going thrifting, and tending to her house plants. A fun fact about Chloe is that her pet cat, Felix, has extra toes!
Meet Madison
Madison is a recent graduate from Colorado State University where she majored in Anthropology, minored in History, and received a certificate in Museum Studies. Madison’s long-term career goal is to become a curator, but for now she wants to work in the museum field in any capacity. When not at the museum, she enjoys hiking and rock climbing. A fun fact about Madison is that she is a first-generation college student.
Meet Soloman
Soloman is in his fourth year at Colorado State University where he is majoring in History with a minor in Spanish. For his career goals, Soloman would like to work in education, whether that be as a museum educator, public school educator, or History professor. Soloman’s hobbies include playing D&D and video games, hiking, and reading. A fun fact about Soloman is that he, unintentionally, ate limestone one time in Ireland. (Hint: it didn’t taste like lime).
Meet Grace
Grace graduated from Arkansas State University in 2024 where she majored in Studio Art and minored in Art History. For her career goals, Grace would like to work in the museum field, more specifically in curatorial work, and would like to continue to create art on the side. In her free time, Grace enjoys painting, drawing, reading, and baking bread. A fun fact about Grace is that she is the only redhead in her family.
