  • Pool Rental Guidelines

    1. Make a splash at your next party and rent the Chimney Park Pool! Private Pool Party Rentals are available during the summer season, Friday, Saturday or Sunday from 6:30 – 8:30pm. Private parties can accommodate up to 50 people. Party sizes available will be adjusted as COVID restrictions allow. Parties must be booked at least a week in advance. Reservations for the summer season will begin April 5, 2021. Rental Fees: 1-50 people: $250 51-100 people: $350 101-200 people: $450


      Please note that this is a request. You will be contacted to confirm your party date and make payment.


      Pool Rental Guidelines/Regulations:

      1. Chimney Park Pool may be rented Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays from 6:30-8:30pm.
      2. Party rentals must be made at least 1 week in advance and rental fees must be paid when the reservation is made. Rental reservations are handled only at the Community Recreation Center.
      3. Cancellations, date changes or changes to participants must be made to the scheduling office at least one week prior to the scheduled date. If you have to cancel after the one week grace period you will receive 50% of the amount paid.
      4. If lightning exists or the temperature is below 68 degrees you can cancel your reservation before your party/event starts. All attempts to reschedule will be made. IF we cannot reschedule we will refund you in full. If you choose to have the party despite inclement weather and if conditions warrant the lifeguards asking you to stay out of the pool, no refund will be given. (Please call Chimney Park Pool if canceling on the day of your reservation, 970-674-0826).
      5. If lightening forces you out of the pool before 7:30pm, you will be given a pro-rated refund. After 7:30pm, no refunds will be given.
      6. CPP reservations are non-transferable to the Windsor CRC in the instance of a weather cancellation or any other cancellation.
      7. The concession stand will not be open at any time after the regular pool hours.
      8. You may bring your own food and drink into the pool area. Grills are allowed.
      9. No glass containers of any kind are allowed on the premises.
      10. No alcohol allowed.
      11. The use, possession, transportation or distribution of marijuana in any form for any purpose is prohibited within any facility owned or operated by the Town of Windsor.
      12. You are responsible for picking up any trash on the tables and grounds after your party.
      13. Please return all lawn furniture to the storage area.
      14. This is only a request. We will call to officially book your pool rental.

      All damages will be billed to the user directly.
