Town of Windsor Announces Upcoming Holiday Facility Closures

Town of Windsor administrative offices will be closed for upcoming holidays. This includes Town Hall, 301 Walnut St., Public Services, 922 N. 15th St., Police Department, 200 N. 11th St, Art & Heritage Center, 116 5th St., and the Community Recreation Center, 250 N. 11th St.

Town Hall, Public Services, and the Police Department will be closed on the following dates in observance of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s:

  • Thursday, November 25: Closed
  • Friday, November 26: Closed
  • Thursday, December 23: Closed at noon
  • Friday, December 24: Closed
  • Thursday, December 30: Closed at noon
  • Friday, December 31: Closed
  • Saturday, January 1: Closed

The Community Recreation Center will hold regular business hours except for closures on the following dates:

  • Thursday, November 25: Closed
  • Friday, December 24: Closed
  • Saturday, December 25: Closed
  • Friday, December 31: Closed at noon
  • Saturday, January 1: Closed

Additionally Childcare at the Community Recreation Center will be closed on Friday, November 26. The Art & Heritage Center will also be closed from November 26 to November 28 and from December 24 to January 2.

Windsor Police officers are on duty 24 hours each day, seven days a week. The Police Department can be reached on the non-emergency line at 970-674-6400 and residents are always encouraged to dial 911 for emergencies.

The schedule for the Poudre Express, which serves Greeley, Windsor and Fort Collins, may vary around the holidays. For more information about rates and schedules, visit
