WINDSOR, Colo. – Several Town of Windsor administrative facilities will be closed on Fri., Nov. 10 in observance of Veterans Day.
Administrative offices that will be closed include Windsor Town Hall, 301 Walnut St., the Windsor Public Services Campus, 922 N. 15th St., and the Windsor Police Department administrative office, 200 N. 11th St. The Windsor Community Recreation Center, 250 N. 11th St., will remain open on their regular schedule of 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Although police administrative offices are closed, officers remain on duty 24/7. Windsor Police can be reached for non-emergency calls at 970-674-6400. Always call 911 in the case of an emergency.
In recognition of Veterans Day, veterans and one guest will receive free admission to the Community Recreation Center, an 85,000 square foot fitness facility that features two gymnasiums, multiple fitness rooms, an indoor aquatic facility, an indoor walking track, and a variety of other state-of-the-art amenities.
