WINDSOR, Colo.— Windsor Parks, Recreation & Culture invites the public to attend a ribbon cutting for Harmony Ridge Park located at, 5005 Harmony Ridge Pkwy., from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 1. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary hot cocoa and cookies while they explore the new park.
Harmony Ridge Park will allow the community to enjoy a variety of features, including two structure areas, one specifically for younger and one specifically for older children, a basketball court, bench swings a bicycle pump track, nature play, community gathering spaces and more. This nature-themed park will be Windsor’s newest park, providing opportunities for all ages and something for everyone to enjoy.
“As we continue to grow, our goal is to expand the opportunities for children in our community to play, offering them a variety of locations and ways to enjoy their recreational activities.,” said Deputy Director of Parks, Recreation & Culture Tara Fotsch. “This year, we are thrilled to have successfully completed not one, but two playground improvement projects, along with the unveiling of an entirely new park.”
